Hospitality management deals with hotel properties, staff, customers, reservations, booking channels, travel agents, travel, ticketing, payment, compliance, etc. There are many specialized software that deal with one or two aspects of hospitality management but not a single software that can accommodate all features. The client wanted to have a centralized software for their hotel management instead of dealing with multiple software, data integration among them and running them.
