Gurzu setup a product team that works on custom solutions built for wearable IOT platform. The 5 experts product team worked on Product design, Mobile app (iOS and Android) development, setup and monitor cloud infrastructure, integrating payment gateway and repurposing it to a different tech stack along with enabling the wearable to work as a fitness tracker.
Product Design:
The Gurzu product team conducted a 5-day design sprint to rapidly prototype and validate ideas, ensuring user-centric solutions before development begins. As a result, the team developed a high-fidelity prototype based on user feedback, refining key features and improving the overall user experience. This process helped align stakeholders, mitigate risks, and establish a clear roadmap for development.

Product Development:
At Gurzu, we believe in lean development. Our cross-functional product development team followed the XP (Extreme Programming) methodology, working in two-week iterations while adhering to engineering best practices, industry standards, and maintaining high code quality. As a result, we successfully developed both iOS and Android applications.
