Project Management Standards

  • Implementing of Project Management standards set by the PMO division
  • Work under the set of principles, practices established by the division
  • Ensure the implementation of the templates that were created when necessary such as project plan, reviews, and other documentation


  • Work hand in hand with the department to gather the information regarding the resource capacity plan

Track and Support projects

  • Tracking the overall status of the assigned project(s)
  • Compiling project report completion
  • Maintain an updated status of the project(s)

Provide reporting function

  • Provide project(s) related report to the PMO division
  • Gather data about project progress, status of the milestones and goals reached

Key Performance Indices

  • NPS score of the associated project(s)
  • Number of project(s) you are managing
  • Ratio of estimated project duration to actual duration
  • Number of project(s) with full documentation
  • Number of project(s) with scope change
  • Average time elapsed for addressing scope change
  • Number of training courses completed

Skills and Qualifications

  • At least a Bachelor’s Degree in related technical field (STEM)
  • Brief understanding of a project life cycle
  • Relevant project management qualification is a plus point
  • Excellent communication both verbal and written
