Key Responsibility Areas
- Take part in user experience research
- Create prototypes, wireframes, sketches, journey maps, and other digital tools to test and improve product experiences in collaboration with internal and external customers
- Use research to challenge and validate design decisions in an ongoing development process that strives to make the customer experience better
- Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
- Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
- Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
Skills and Qualification
- Previous working experience as a Product Designer for minimum of 2 year(s)
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
- Knowledge of user centric design processes and methods
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives
- Creativity in mixing up colors, shapes and techniques
- Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
- Familiarity with prototyping tools including InVision Studio, Sketch, XD and Figma
