Key Responsibility Areas

  • Take part in user experience research
  • Create prototypes, wireframes, sketches, journey maps, and other digital tools to test and improve product experiences in collaboration with internal and external customers
  • Use research to challenge and validate design decisions in an ongoing development process that strives to make the customer experience better
  • Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success
  • Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

Skills and Qualification

  • Previous working experience as a Product Designer for minimum of 2 year(s)
  • Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
  • Knowledge of user centric design processes and methods
  • Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of client objectives
  • Creativity in mixing up colors, shapes and techniques
  • Outstanding communication, presentation and leadership skills
  • Familiarity with prototyping tools including InVision Studio, Sketch, XD and Figma
